In 2006 Simon Brooke and his family discovered that he was the direct descendent John Grossmith, the founder of a long forgotten perfume house.
Upon finding a manuscript that contained Grossmith's original formulae, they set about reviving the house to its former glory.

GROSSMITH
THE ROYAL COLLECTION
After discovering that Grossmith had received multiple royal warrants, the newly revived house was launched with two new perfumes that re-established their connection to the monarchy.
The Grossmith of today boasts a sleek modern design with the same level of attention to detail that earned such esteem in the early 1900s.
