- My recommendations are carefully matched to my choices within the Fragrance Finder. If I am unsure of my decisions I should start the process again.
- Only one Fiole Box can be redeemed at a time.
- I am entitled to a full refund if my Fiole Box is damaged or faulty. For any other reason, my Fiole Box is non-refundable due to it being a personalised product.
