Aereo by Pigmentarium

Pigmentarium is an independent niche perfume house from Prague, founded by Tomáš Ric, where each fragrance becomes a form of artistic expression rather than a straightforward commercial release.

Their newest creation, 'Aereo', is described by Ric as the most intimate fragrance the house has created so far, born from a need for calm, and a return to the idea that our value doesn't need to be confirmed by others.

The name references 'Aereo Nitro', the mysterious life-giving substance described by 16th-century Prague alchemist Michael Sendivogius and later identified as oxygen. True to that idea, Aereo opens with fresh, mineral clarity before settling into soft warmth, resinous depth and dry woods, composed by perfumer Théo Belmas as a near-linear study in focus and inner stillness.
