Inspired by the tangy zest of lime and yuzu and reminiscent of the luxurious cheesecake with a buttery, biscuit base.

The citrus notes are sourced from Portugal’s Alentejo region, a fragile area threatened by wildfires and desertification. However the area is being revitalized by a small group of regenerative farmers who are enriching the soil and supporting biodiversity.

The essential oils for this scent are obtained from recycled ingredients which are processed using microwave distillation. This thoughtful method reduces strain on the water-stressed region, whilst continuing to provide support to the community.
