"I first discovered Chai lattes when I was a Ph.D. student in Germany. Years later when I started in perfumery, I was interested in spices and decided to see if I could reconstruct one of my favourite beverages. The result is a perfume version of a chai latte but more sophisticated. I am particularly proud of how the milk froth part is represented in the perfume." - Spyros Drosopoulos of Baruti.

Dr Spyros Drosopoulos (Ph.D.), founder of Baruti is a former neuroscientist that is self-taught in the craft of perfumery.
He is a tutor at the Institute for Art and Olfaction as well as a regular collaborator with many cutting-edge fragrance houses.
