Souq Waqif, the "standing market", is the historic merchant quarter of Doha. This Extrait de Parfum from Gallivant's Gulf Collection is an evening walk through its lanes: spice stalls, carved mashrabiya windows, and incense and oud drifting through the warm air.
Created by Céline Perdriel with founder Nick Steward at a 36% concentration, it opens with Omani olibanum and Sicilian blood orange grown on volcanic soil. It is the house's first oud, a traceable Vietnamese oud that sits at the heart of a deep, resinous trail.
