NOBILE

Nobile 1942 is an Italian perfume house with a history rooted in family tradition. The story begins in 1942 in Rome, during World War II, when Umberto Nobile, whose name was already associated with luxury fragrances through his work representing Nina Ricci in the 1930s, opened his own perfumery for his wife.

This act became a tradition within the Nobile family, with Umberto's son and grandson also opening perfumeries for their wives in Naples and Florence, respectively.

Carrying this legacy forward, Massimo Nobile, Umberto's grandson, and his wife Stefania Giannino founded the Nobile 1942 brand in 2005. Their vision was to create fragrances that embody Italian elegance and craftsmanship, using high-quality raw materials and traditional techniques.

Based in Genoa, Nobile 1942 continues to produce and package their fragrances by hand, emphasizing the artistry and care in each step of the process. They often draw inspiration from Italian culture, history, and landscapes, resulting in a diverse and evocative collection of scents. The brand is known for its commitment to quality, creativity, and a distinct Italian sensibility in the world of niche perfumery.
